|
The candidate will be responsible: - To achieve or exceed the allocated sales target within allocated resources by controlling sales operations.
- To monitor & analyze sales achievement in the district on daily & weekly basis and take corrective measures immediately in case of any deviation.
- To enhance the image of the company by conducting planned activities like Local Speaker Program, Medical Group Meetings and mini symposia.
- To conduct monthly district sales meetings as per approved agenda.
- To conduct appraisals, recommend promotions & hiring of Sales Promotion Officers.
