This position is responsible to:
Achieve or exceed the allocated sales target within allocated resources by controlling sales operations. Monitor & analyze sales achievement in the district on daily & weekly basis and take corrective measures immediately in case of any deviation. Enhance the image of the company by conducting planned activities like Local Speaker Program, Medical Group Meetings and mini symposia. Conduct monthly district sales meetings as per approved agenda. Conduct appraisals, recommend promotions & hiring of Sales Promotion Officers. Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic Ability to understand, analyze and solve problems
