This position is responsible to:
- Achieve or exceed the allocated sales target within allocated resources by controlling sales operations.
- Monitor & analyze sales achievement in the district on daily & weekly basis and take corrective measures immediately in case of any deviation.
- Enhance the image of the company by conducting planned activities like Local Speaker Program, Medical Group Meetings and mini symposia.
- Conduct monthly district sales meetings as per approved agenda.
- Conduct appraisals, recommend promotions & hiring of Sales Promotion Officers.
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
