Job Description:

The position will be responsible:

  • To manage the process of employment such as advertising, compiling of applications, screening the application as per job requirements, shortlisting the candidates for initial interviews, sending interview call letters and to prepare all relevant documents for appointment.
  • To ensure compliance of employment policy & procedure at all levels & update status of vacancies in the company at all times.
  • To look after HR Training & Development function through corporate training, designing in-house training courses, analyzing training needs & preparing external training matrix, interacting with training institutes & maintaining training records.
  • To handle Performance Management system in the company.
  • To write / amend and implement relevant HR Policies & Procedures.
  • To conduct CSR activities as per company plan.
