Management Trainee Officers shall be provided a structured &comprehensive training relevant to the field of Marketing & Sales.MTOs shall be provided the foundations concerning the areas of Sales Training & Product Management. They shall deal with (but not limited to), the following areas: - Product launch & strategies
- Assist in conceiving, developing & execution of promotional campaign.
- Contribute towards the development of the annual marketing plans & ensuring that the quarterly plans are in line accordingly.
- Liaison &coordination with the field force to execute planned activities and assist them on technical & operational issues.
Skills Required: - Good communication & presentation skills
- Good analytical skills
- Computer proficiency particularly in MS Office
