The Data Management Officer will report to Operational & Finance Manager, Program Manager and Country director. DMO will ensure the accuracy, reliability and security of data required for analytical and reporting purposes. Data management officer will have responsibility for leading the following activities and delivery of the following key tasks:

  • Use departmental tools and resources (including Microsoft Access & Excel) to query and retrieve data from regional offices, and to analyze and present this data in various formats for the use of higher management and other relevant parties.
  • Develop, maintain, update and test periodic reports (Excel spreadsheets & Word documents) for school, region and central office users.
  • Participate in the development of statistical analysis, interpretation and reporting procedures for organization performance related data.
  • Ensure that program/activity reports are prepared regularly.
  • Maintain project files at CAET-Islamabad.
  • Arrange data in systematic way i.e. Region wise, School wise, center wise etc.
  • Update website regularly with program activities.
  • Having knowledge of data security and implementation of IT policy.
  • Assisting in administrating the events and ensuring logistical arrangements.
  • Liaise with other officers and managers as needed.
