Comparison of Personnel Requisition with Approved HR Plan and forwarding Requisition to COO for approval along with Current HR Position in that Department Review of Appointment Letter and Nomination Form and forwarding Appointment Letter to COO for approval after ensuring completeness of personal file Filing of Approved Probation Performance Report and preparation of Confirmation Letter in case of satisfactory Report or Extension in Probation Period Letter in case of retention of candidate after unsatisfactory report Intimation to relevant employees and trainers one month before training and intimation to HR Executive for preparation of Training Schedule Review of Training Report prepared by HR Executive the end of training and forwarding it to COO for approval Review of attendance in system and performance of surprise attendance in Head Office and Branches and preparation of Exception Report Screening of personal file for checking past behavior in case of misconduct and considering whether it is minor offense or major offense Discussion of matter with employee, issuance of oral warning after giving opportunity of being heard and making a note in personal file in case of minor offense Preparation of Termination Report on the basis of documents and forwarding it to Legal Advisor Review of Payroll reports file for completeness and accuracy by matching with supporting documents and forwarding to COO for review along with Supporting documents
