|
- Updating of Audit Programmes according to new risks identified, gathering of audit evidence and preparation of working papers
- Implementation of audit plan and distribution of Internal Control Questionnaire to respective Auditee and discussion of follow up procedures
- Development of Audit Strategy and determination of preliminary procedures, timelines and required resources
- Determination of risk profile of the whole Organization and categorization of all processes as High, Medium & Low risk areas
- Validation of findings of Concerned HODs on the basis of experience, business environment and industry trends
