CGmentor Inc. is looking for a Creative Director to join our ongoing pursuit of excellence in Customer Experience Management. As a Creative Director at CGmentor Inc., you will put your refined conceptual, strategic, and leadership skills to work producing compelling user experiences, marketing, branding and advertising. You are the custodian of the final vision and are thoroughly engaged in aligning the resources to realize it. You will drive the strategies that address customer needs and business goals across digital channels, facilitate brainstorming, mentor your team, collaborate with our partners and sell your vision to our clients, and you will be accountable for all of it. Responsibilities: ·You need to be a fantastic communicator. Both within your team, and without, you have to be able to give voice to your vision, and present your ideas effectively. Clients must be able to get it; your creative have to be able to create it. In addition, your delivery has to be as dynamic as your idea. · You've got to be a team player and leader. You understand that without your team to give it life, your idea is worthless. You understand that inspiration flows back and forth between you and your creative thats why you listen to them and they in turn listen to you. In other words, you are an arch-collaborator. You also recognize the need to make the call make the decision to take a particular path or execute on a particular concept. Thats why you are a Director. · CGmentor Inc. Thats how you stay on top of `everything. Specifically, you need to be able to map the creative vision of the account into a plan that the team can implement. You should be able to help set and meet expectations for deliverables, estimations and project plans. Strong design portfolio with 4+ years visual communication education, 6+ years design/marketing/communications interactive work experience, 6+ years art direction experience.
Solid understanding and appreciation for the distinction between creative expression and commercial reality.
Proven aptitude for quick creative thinking with acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines.
Experience developing Internet commerce, electronic marketing and online brand management and integration, with demonstrated results.
Experience leading strategic brainstorming sessions, campaign development, creative brief development and directing creative execution.
Leadership experience in user-centered design, including user profiling and usability methodologies.
Proven success rationalizing concepts and effectively selling to clients.
Ability to think creatively against demanding deadlines with acute attention to detail.
Comprehensive understanding of interactivity and related mediums.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Effective and creative problem-solving skills.
Dedication to building the clients business through positive ROI.
Experience with financial management along with P&L account-abilities.
Natural leadership skills with experience guiding large creative teams (8+).
