1. Perform end-to-end recruitment activities including, short listing of profiles, administering tests, scheduling interviews.

  2. Keep strong liaison with central HR team for recruitment needs.

  3. Administer employee’s on boarding process; ensuring proper orientation of newly inducted staff and their smooth transition into the new role and company culture.

  4. Administer employee’s health benefits scheme, coordinate with central HR for enrollment of lives, settlement of claims etc.

  5. Assist store management in the role clarity and performance expectation of staff by preparing JDs, Daily Performance Monitory Checklists.

  6. Coordinate for implementation reward and recognition schemes e.g. Employee of the Month.

  7. Maintain up to date personnel files and records.

  8. Administer time and leave management of assigned location and coordinate with the central HR for payroll process.
