• Extensive multi-sectoral experience with international humanitarian or development programs relating to health, livelihood, emergency relief, shelter, and child rights.
  • Experience in developing and implementing programs, program design, proposal writing, grants management, reporting, budgeting, M&E, liaising with local officials and NGOs, Clusters and Donor representatives.
  • Excellent administrative, communication, decision-making, writing and team management skills.
  • Working knowledge of various donor guidelines and strategies is a must.
  • Ability to work with groups and in the community
  • Should be well versant in English

We believe that according to the human rights based approaches, the needs of the child are to be holistically addressed. CRNP is working for the girls and boys of Pakistan by providing evidence based research and building the capacities of the stakeholders to make gender sensitive informed decisions. Promotion of gender equality is vital for sustainable development as policies and actions that do not address gender disparities and thus miss critical development opportunities.
