China Xinjiang Beixin Road & Bridge Group is seeking to employ Quantity Surveyor, with heavy roads and engineering bridge experience, for one of its on-going projects in Pakistan
Required Experience:
· The Quantity Surveyor should have minimum 8 to 20 years of experience in similar role, managing projects of different sizes.
· Experience of liaising with local authorities, various consultants & other departments for roads, bridges and building permits and execution of contracts.
Qualification:
· D.A.E Civil / B (Tech) honors with 8 – 20 years’ experience
The Role:
We are seeking Quantity surveyors to join us for our team in Pakistan, to work on roads, bridges and building construction projects.
Reporting to the Project Manager you shall be responsible for:
· Monthly Statement.
· Project Report.
· Cost Report.
· Project Budget.
· Cash Flow forecast.
· Contract Variation.
· New item rates.
· Sub-Contractors Payment.
· Commercial management of construction project including valuations and claims.
· Contract practice.
· Measurement and costing of construction works.
