- To Prepare profit and loss statements
- To Prepare Monthly closing statements and all accounting reports
- To Compile financial information to prepare entries for accounts such as general ledger
- To Maintain track of all business transactions
- To Maintain the files of all suppliers and customers along with their balances
- To Prepare budget, expense, invoices, purchase orders and payroll entries
- To Resolve accounting discrepancy
- To Petty Cash Management
- To Maintain all financial data on computer software systems and manual filing systems
- To Interact with all suppliers for purchase orders, bill payments, and balances
- To prepare general vouchers.
- To handle daily petty expense.
- To maintain general ledger on daily basis.
- To post general entries of daily expenses.
- To Release of payments after due verification of bills
- To Managing banking operation of branch - deposits ,withdrawal & transfer of funds etc and reconciling bank statements
- To Submission of monthly income tax and sales tax return
Employment contract of 2 Years may be done if required.
