This post will require the candidate to:
1. Assist Customers in providing them with product information
2. Give detailed product presentations at the show room
3. Keep a follow-up on the clients over the phone
4. Make and receive phone calls
5. Maintain daily activity (Customer service) report
6. Maintaining Customer Records and sales lead Accounts.
7. Schedule and coordinate all sales meeting.
8. Execute Customer Complains & respond to them accordingly
9. Monitor after sales service activity.
10. Keep a track on sales and coordinate with sales executive
