Responsible for managing and monitoring of ongoing Cinema building projects;
- Maintaining all civil structures,
- buildings and ancillaries at different locations as per the company standards;
- Liaison with contractors,
- consultants and vendors for smooth and efficient completion of the projects within the approved budget and given timelines.
Skills
Ability to prepare detailed feasibility reports and bill of quantities with the best possible accuracy;
Thorough project management capabilities, inclusive of (but not limited to) execution of projects and meticulous progress monitoring with specific stress on quality control in construction, renovation or maintenance assignments;
Practicing knowledge of engineering software’s, e.g., Auto CAD 2D and 3D, Etabs, Staad Pro etc.;
Conversant with the Construction Code and the relevant bye-laws for building construction, related to various regulating authorities
Aptitude to verify the bills of contractors and vendors, in accordance with the Cinepax standards and professional ethics;
Business acumen to understand the importance of timelines and to have the required skills to independently achieve the deadlines, irrespective of any or all negative market factors;
Focused and independent approach towards all assignments;
Good presentation skills with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, as well as Microsoft Project and effective MIS reporting;
Integrity and honesty.
