|
|
This position is responsible for the oversight of all operations that involved the development and support of information system on site. Key responsibilities, - Development, Implementation and Administration of all IT activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology services.
- Manage external vendor relationships and services.
- Define and improve all system facilitation, current system enhancements.
- Create strategic goals and convert to easily implemented plans.
- Manage internal/external application upgrades.
- Manage multiple areas of technology and multiple departments.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system.
- Provide orientation to new users of existing technology
- Provide individual training and support on request.
- Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources.
- Monitor security of all technology.
- Maintain log and /or list of required repairs and maintenance.
