|
Security Supervisor is responsible for the close supervision of the Multiplex on- site. He or She manages the management of the security program day-to-day liason between the property management and Theater manager. In managing this on site security , the Supervisor provides the leadership, direction, guidelines and procedural framework within which the staff will operate. Must have management, supervisory, communicative and interpersonal skills. - Meeting and greeting customers.
- Reception security duties.
- Providing high level of customer service.
- Monitoring CCTV Systems.
- Staff searches.
- Screen visitors before allowing them to enter the Cinema.
- Ensure compliance of applicable policies and regulations set forth by Cinepax while implementing security measures.
- Establishes security patrol priorities.
- Takes predetermined action and renders first aid in emergencies such as fire, accidents and illness.
- Assist in development of security policy and procedures.
- Meet and provide access to law enforcement agencies to secured and/ or energized ares as needed.
- Provide periodic reports to management regarding site activities, irregularities, and identify needed action.
- Supervise or conduct initial investigations/ interviews into assaults, thefts, accidents, injuries,property damage, vandalism and any other incidents during the shift.
- Supervise during business hours customers traffic control.
