Senior Supervisor Concession Stand

A Concession Stand is the term used to refer to a place where customers/guests can purchase snacks or food at a cinema, Theater, Multiplex,Family Entertainment Center or other entertainment venues.Hence the name of stand or counter where food is sold is referred to Concession.

Responsibilities of an Sr. Supervisor include, but are not limited to;

• To support Theater Manager through effective execution of food service programs.
• Delivery of benchmark customer service and the achievement of maximum possible level of profitability through concession sales.
• Area Management.
• Shift Management.
• Overseas the day to day operations of the concession stands, place orders with the vendors for the purchase of retail goods.
• Responsible for the workplace safety, food safety and health and to ensure incidents involving staffs or general public is prevented thereby ensuring the safe operations of the Theater.
• Inventory, Prepare and sell, service food items to customers.
• Handle and reconcile sale, providing accounting reports after each shifts.
• Responsible for staff training and performance appraisal.
• Acquaints customers with food products for sale, sell up and add on.
• Supervise Staff.
• Supervise preparation of food and beverage items using proper preparation procedures and sanitation guidelines.
• To operate the concession stands in accordance with Cinepax polices and procedures.
• Meeting goals and objectives of the Theatre.
• On Floor coaching to staff.
• Meeting sales target for the concession sales.
