• Receiving telephone calls and correspondence with customers and passing on messages to the related person in an efficient manner.
  • Attend visitors and giving them feedback to the related issues.
  • Providing secretarial support to the country manager.
  • Coordinate with courier companies to track mail movements.
  • Office Administration that includes file handling and documentation.
  • Having billing record of outgoing mails and Telephone lines.
  • Keeping record of inward/outward mail.
  • Establish and maintain a secure system to receive distribute and dispatch mail.
  • Take part in Administrative roles.
  • Any other assignment given by the supervisor.
  • To maintain Phone index of important numbers.
