Role Summary:
The HRD Manager will report to the Vice Chancellor Office and be responsible for establishing the University Career Counseling and Career Planning Office at CUSIT.
The HRD Manager designs, implements and promotes the career development programs and training for the students and faculty of City University Peshawar.
The HRD Manager supports the university in finding the best internal talents and incorporates them into different talent pools of students and teachers with in the University.
The HRD Manager will ensure that each enrolled student in CUSIT receives career counseling and career planning guidance, and becomes market compatible before leaving the University for open recruitment and competition opportunities.
The HRD manager positively motivates the important stakeholders in the university and helps them grow the next generation of leaders for the organization while developing and setting standards of quality in-puts for students and faculty.

City University of Science & Information Technology, (CUSIT) Peshawar is one of the first private sector universities chartered by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). It is accredited by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). The University is an extension of Peshawar Model Educational Institutes (PMEI) founded in 1979 with an aim to impart quality education at an affordable cost. The university has an enrollment of around 1500 students in various disciplines including Engineering, IT, Management, Education and Natural Sciences.
