1.    Implement projects in field areas in close consultation with head office and local stakeholders.

2.    Prepare operational plans in a participatory manner with the help of field team and coordinate its execution

3.    Design and undertake capacity building interventions for persons with disabilities, community based organisations and Disabled Persons Organisation on development topics

4.    Ensure internal controls on field expenses and facilitate field accountant for maintaining petty cash and bills as per CHIP’s policies.

5.    Facilitate project team in mobilizing family members to enroll their children with disability in schools, adult persons with disability in livelihood activities and social events.

6.    Establish linkages with Provincial and District departments such as education, health, social welfare and NADRA to seek cooperation and support for executing field activities.

7.    Establish linkages with media for the promotion of rights of persons with disability and concepts of community development.

8.    Document field activities such as minutes of meetings, progress reports, training reports etc.

9.    Maintain complete means of verification of field activities and ensure all records are up to date at all time.

10.  Ensure all field team members perform to their fullest capacity as a team.

11. Undertake capacity building of field teams to enhance their potential for work.
