Key Responsibilities:

Designing & implementing New modules and Updating Existing modules

  • Analyze and assess training needs of the organization
  • Develop creative funication as well as behavioral learning programs and initiate certain projects that meet the ever increasing/changing business requirements and thus meet organization's objectives to become Commercial Leader.
  • In collaboration with Commercial Leadership at the terrorities, analyzing the current curriculum & identify modiciations required. Then alter, add or retain (as the case may be) to keep the contents/ data/ imgaes updated as per the business needs. Moreover interact with territory commerical team on regular basis to assess learning needs.

Liasion with Internal & External Stakeholders

  • Liason with in-house subject matter experts technical institutions and Narional & International Certification bodies to design curriculum and developing advanced training methodoliges customized to CCBPL to make training sessions interestingm innovative and as per business requirements.

Introduce Innovative Training & Marketing Methodolgies

  • To make trainings more interactive, practical and close to the business needs, introduce innovative & creative traiing tools & techniques. This may include OJTs, e-learning programs, presentations, videos, softwares etc.
  • Partner with Commerical at the territory to train employees on the job to have a better understanding of how business operates and how critical situations are handled on ground.

Develop Learning Culture

  • To inculcate learning culture in Commercial, design a& develop attractive pre & post training launch campaigns to market training programs and make them more attractive for employees.
  • Develop effective training communications to make employees informed & updated.

Operations

  • Develop, maintain and roll out complete annual training calender
  • Develop means of measureing the effectiveness of training programs through test, evaluationa, etc
  • Maintain all training records related to training hours, traiing attendance, training evaluations in SAP
  • Make all weekly, monthly and yearly training reports.
  • Prepare, control and keep a track of L&D budget territory.
