Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Assistance to HR Manager regarding employee orientation, Training and development need analysis, performance management & career planning.
- Provide key contributions in talent planning and assessment processes, including talent reviews, succession planning and capability assessments. Consult with HR Manager on the design, implementation and monitoring of individual and organizational actions to address identified gaps, including team and individual training needs (TNA / DNA).
- Provide strategic and tactical input that supports accountability, pay for performance, and performance differentiation. Provide performance management & performance appraisal guidance to line management for coaching & counseling.
- To support in delivering on departmental roadmaps and develop a high performance culture by enabling relevant department to utilize existing performance frameworks/assessment tools and provide guidelines on set procedures of organizations performance management system.
Other Skills:
- Should have strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging environment, Should have positive and flexible attitude.
