SAK Engineering & Services has been formed to run a sub-franchise business of the world famous German KSB Group for the reselling of their Engineering Products & Services; KSB Pumps. The KSB Group was founded in 1871 & is among the leading companies in the filed of pumps and valves with subsidiaries and affiliated companies all over the world. One of the group companies; KSP Pakistan was established in 1959 in Lahore whereas the production facilities were started at Hassanabdal in 1964. The company; KSB Pakistan is ISO 9001 certified since 1994 and lately has added ISO-14001 & 18001 certifications for complete Integrated Management System certified by TUV, Germany. It became a public limited company in 1979 providing a broader base for local participation & its shares are traded on both Karachi and Lahore Stock Exchanges. During the last 30-years, the company has rapidly expanded its production range to include a large variety of pumps to serve various business segments. The franchise/sub-franchise arrangement is another innovative step by the KSB Pakistan to serve the Domestic and SME segment of the Pakistan market / consumers for their needs of pumps and valves.
