About Ghulam Muhammad Grammar School

Message Welfare Organization (MWO) is a non-profit organization set up in November 2007 by a group of students concerned with the dismal state of education. MWO was founded by M.M Zia, with the mission to provide quality marketable education and welfare of the society.

MWO is committed to work in the field of education, poverty alleviation, health and social welfare activities.

The education conditions in Pakistan are not so good. There are 150,809 primary schools in Pakistan while 18,220,000 students are enrolled (2002-2003 census). It means for 120 students, on average, there is only school. While Govt. of Punjab claimed that in 2005 due to their campaign more than 9,00,000 students are enrolled. This means that existing primary schools now become more overcrowded. The basic aim of MWO in education sector is to provide quality and status free education to the children of those families who cannot afford their educational expense. In education field MWO is currently working on its projects "Education for all" and "Sponsor a Child".

MWO is also helping financially to some widows in its project "Kafalat Program" and aims to help orphans, senior citizens disable persons and needy families.

MWO also aims to develop awareness in the society to treat Pakistan as their own home in its future project "Pakistan Our Home".

Pakistan has recently passed laws greatly limiting child labor and indentured servitude, but those laws are universally ignored, and some 11 milion children, aged four to fourteen, keep that country's factories operating, often working in brutal and squalid conditions. MWO aims to eliminate this social evil in its future project "Stop Child Labor".
