Central Asian Cellular Forum (CACF) is a principal 3G technology forum working as a central hub for the 3G wireless industry stakeholders. Over the years, CACF has worked with governments, regulators and leading 3G operators across the region. These organizations have been assisted with 3G policy regulations and specially these operators have been provided with network planning, deployment and optimization services. CACF has also played an important role in 3G competence development by delivering seminars, training sessions and workshops for industry professionals.
