NGNCloud was incorporated in the Middlebury, USA in January 2008 with the vision of exploiting the potential of Voice over IP (VOIP). USA was chosen as the company's headquarter as it provided the best corporate structure and banking facilities available in this region. A back-office was established in Cairo, Egypt that enabled us to employ the best engineering/marketing/accounting talent at the best costs available worldwide. NGNCloud chose Italy and Canada as the place to house our entire network at a carrier-class facility .
A lot of effort was put in to make sure that we have covered all aspects of running an operation which is very cost sensitive and at the same time mission critical in nature. Today we boast a strong team of 35+ professionals that work relentlessly to make sure the best quality of service is delivered to our customers worldwide. NGNCloud carries over a billion minutes annually and are steadily growing to achieve our target of 2 billion minutes by the end of 2008. We have very strong retail offerings that target the South East Asian expatriate community in Middle East and Europe
