The company, at its inception, had tough competition with the already existing well established operators in this area who had a clear edge over EKL in terms of construction equipment and financial stability. EKL steadily established itself in the market using inherent strength of its professional management as the key personnel including the Chief Executive and actively engaged directors were engineering graduates having vast industrial experience.
