Each year millions of people around the world are affected by natural disaster and conflict. RedR rebuilds lives in times of disaster by training, supporting and providing aid workers to relief programmes across the world. We do this by delivering appropriate and specialist training to relief organizations and their staff, enabling them to respond to the needs of those affected, efficiently and safely. We also help to ensure that skilled professionals are always available to respond to major global emergencies through our aid worker recruitment service and by advising and training potential new relief workers.
