Job Summary:

The Experienced Process Analyst & Procedure Writer will develop the Procedures Manual for the use of the internal staff of comways. The Procedures Manual will describe all the company processes related to:

1. Operational processes

2. Project management related processes

3. General Admin

This Procedure Manual will be used to train the staff members, guide their decisions and ensures that the company is functioning in a uniform manner to facilitate collaboration and success.

Essential Job Functions:

The Experienced Process Analyst & Procedure Writer will work with the Admin Assistant who will provide the knowledge of all the current and expected procedures. He/she will develop and consolidate all these procedures in a form of an Company Handbook.

Skills & Knowledge

Procedure writer should have knowledge of general business and organizational processes such as operations, human resources, sales. In addition, he/she must possess in-depth familiarity with quality standards and methods. Knowledge of SharePoint will be considered as advantage.

Qualification:

  • University degree
  • Excellent English writing skills
  • Capacity to work autonomously
  • Diploma/Certificate in procedures writing and/or Bachelor's degree in English or ISO certification processes
Over 5 years of proven experience within an international organization/company on various assignments that include manual and processes writing
