- Previous experience in dealing with customer queries and responding in a timely and effective manner
- Work in close coordination with back office support staff for timely packaging and delivery of products
- Ability to educate customers on the product range and assist/inform them regarding product details
- Advise customers on the location, selection, price, delivery, use and care of goods available
- Arrange for repair of damaged/return goods or advise necessary on repair order items
- Interact on social media platforms regularly with customers
- Follow social media guidelines and have a respect for tranparency
- Participate in stock taking
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent command of English
- Ability to work under pressure
