The Intern would be required to :
- Streamline the HR processes of the organization through Filing,Documentation etc
- Assist in policy making
- Assist in Drafting Official letters,memos,contracts and other official documents
- Maintaining the employee database of the Organization and keeping it up to date.
Skills
•Should have Fluency in written and spoken English.
•Should possess excellent business writing skills.
•Should have know how of basic HR process i.e. Recruitment, selection, job placements, interview skills, training and development, Performance Management etc.
•Should be proficient in using all email based options plus MS-Office.
