Job Description:
  1. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
  2. Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving faults.
  3. Taking customers through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone.
  4. Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs.
  5. Working continuously on a task until completion.
  6. Prioritising and managing many open cases at one time.
  7. Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals.
  8. Able to do shift based work.
