- We Require an advanced research focused role who can undertake day to day research activity within the overall agreed research agenda undertaking research methodology and recording the outcomes of cases and sharing them with higher authority.Have to Collect data from various search engines and undertake any appropriate analysis of data as requested. This position will be a direct report to the Team Lead Investigation and Compliance and will be a leading member of the CRI Fraud Prevention and Investigation Division team.
- Oversee data collection and management, and contribute to the creation and maintenance of online tools and databases. Ability to organize and priorities own work and organize research. Experience in gathering and compiling relevant data from various search engines. Negotiates clients complaints and maintains harmonious relations. To participate as a member of a research team, attending and contributing to relevant research plans and meetings. To update continually knowledge and understanding in the field of research and investigation. Ability to communicate purposefully and comprehensively with conviction. You may be asked to perform other duties occasionally which are not included above, but which will be consistent with the role.
