Lead Requirements Engineer- Business Analyst

Description: The Lead Requirements Engineer / Business Analyst will be mainly responsible to manage Requirements Engineering Unit (REU) and to facilitate Business Consultants and Project Management Office (PMO) in proposals preparation by understanding the requirements received and reverting back with the scope-of-work document and the estimates. This role will have to deal with multiple proposals and produce the deliverables in least possible time. This role also requires good communication skills as there will be direct communication with local and offshore clients on various occasions.

Job Functions:

• Working closely with the assigned business consultant and attending conference calls and meetings with the clients to gather and finalize the requirements.
• Working directly under Project Management Office to facilitate it with the scope of work document and estimates for the assigned lead.
• Supervising a team of requirements engineers and producing scope of work and estimates for multiple leads on day to day basis.
• Maintaining status for all leads and providing PMO with weekly reports or when required.

Skills Required:

• Versatile experience in developing websites and web applications.
• Diversified industry knowledge.
• Excellent knowledge of development patterns and understanding of alternate/multiple solutions to a single problem.
• Must have at least 25 websites/applications in portfolio for different technologies and industries.
• Good project planning skills
• Good business and technical writing skills
• Good experience with writing technical and functional specifications documents.
• Up to date with the latest happenings in the technology.
• Good communication and analytical skills, and a highly professional attitude are essential.
