| Job Description: |
|
- Manage company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
- Manage budgeting processes, including standardization of budget formats, integration of budget data into general ledger, consolidation of subsidiary budgets, presentation of Corporate and consolidated budgets
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual analysis of consolidated financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, and capital expenditures for submission to senior management
- Prepare/consolidate company forecasts using input from operations and financial modeling
- Monitor and interpret cash flows and predicting future trends
- Analyze change and advising accordingly
- Formulate strategic and long-term business plans
- Research and report on factors influencing business performance
- Develop financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
- Work with operating units and senior management to develop and implement reporting to meet internal management needs
- Liaise with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
- Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation
