Role Summary:
- This individual would be responsible for developing web applications and other information systems along with being responsible for systems integrations and database interactions. This individual should be able to understand development frameworks and proactively seek innovative solutions to problems and make recommendations for implementations. This individual's ability to work on sharp deadlines is crucial.
Primary Responsibilities of the Role:
- Development of web applications and other information systems applications including systems integration and database interactions.
- Understanding of unified developed methods.
- Gain a complete understanding of development framework and guidelines and apply to daily software development.
- Seek innovative solutions to problems and make recommendations for implementations.
- Maintain high level of personal presentation standard and business dress.
- Remain self-motivated, show initiative (i.e. be proactive), and focus on solutions (i.e. problem solving methodology).
Qualifications and Experience/Skills and Knowledge Required for the Role:
- Graduate level with at least 2 year of PHP experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of MVC frameworks like Cake PHP and Laravel is a major plus and an essential requirement.
- Proven web applications development skills and database interaction skills.
- Past experience and proficiency with HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, JavaScript, XML, jQuery, and AJAX.
- Strong object oriented analysis skills for process improvement and problem solving.
