Job Summary:
The position encompasses carrying out sales & business development activities; networking with current and prospective clients, developing personal relationships, improve client experience and ultimately find new business opportunities. Major job role is to assist Manager Sales in getting profitable business from the market.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Must have complete product knowledge.
2. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with clients.
3. Sales visits to current and potential clients.
4. Responsible for product sampling, demonstrating / presentation and selection activities.
5. Prospect potential clients not currently doing business with the company in our target market by visiting them and gathers data (i.e. business card etc).
6. Make phone calls to prospective clients within our target market to set appointments for sales visit.
7. Assist supervisor & sales coordinator in sales paperwork completion.
8. Complete market research projects as designated by the manager.
9. Attend business networking events to assess quality of opportunities and make recommendations.
10. Maintaining good relations with customers by attending him / her in exceptional manner in person or over the call.
11. Must have knowledge about the stock in hand.
12. Responsible for handling customer complaints, taking customer feedback and submit its report to the immediate supervisor.
13. Inform assigned architects, interior designers & customers about new products.
14. Complete special projects as required by the immeidate supervisor.
