Job Purpose:
Support the Business Development Manager and Sales representatives in all aspects of their professional work to make them fulfil their jobs.
Job Description:
- Support the Business Development department in their collective work implementing the Business Development strategy.
- Support the Business Development Officer to ensure Business Development activity is communicated effectively internally and externally.
- Prospect potential clients not currently doing business with the company in our target market by visiting expos, related events and gathering data (i.e. business card, current security provider).
- Assist General Manager and CFO in sales paperwork completion .
- Attend sales training sessions to develop sales skills.
- Complete market research projects as designated by the manager.
- Attend business networking events to assess quality of membership opportunities and make recommendations .
