JOB SUMMARY:
Qualifies and prioritizes potential new accounts and analyzes the best strategic approach to maximize territory penetration. Will meet and exceed sales volume and profit goals. Representatives professionally manage the activities of assigned sales support and project manager. The individual is a team player, who communicates clearly and respectfully to fellow employees and understands and supports the company goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· For increasing sales to existing accounts and account retention
· Responsible for developing new customer sales and co-development with lead workplace consultant
· Develop own list of targets – extend market reach
· Ensure full line of CI products and services are introduced to customers and prospects
· Regular participation in networking events
REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Strong written, verbal and listening communication skills
· Logical reasoning, creative problem solving, and good business judgment
· Basic math skills, technical aptitude, analytical thinking
· Continually in a learning mode, staying abreast of product and service solutions
· Proficient on computer and PC
· Understanding of space planning, working with blueprints, the design process
· CI service capabilities including internal order fulfillment process
· Assertive, persuasive, articulate, ability to project self-confidence, and a positive attitude
