Cross stitch management is looking for creative experienced Textile and Fashion Designers to be a part of our super fun design team.
Required Job Description
- Experience of at least 3 years in one of the leading brands and or boutique
- An excellent sense of fashion and creativity related to female fashion clothing
- Exposure to latest fashion trends
- Complete research on all local designers
- Degree from a reputed Arts College
- Ability for new design creation
- Ability to utilize embroidery and digital prints onto fabrics
- The ability to develop cuts
- The ability to work as a team
- Understanding of Stitching Methods
- Ability to manage Stitching Master/Tailors
- Manage production
- Understand/Implement Quality standards
- Have links in stitching industry and to be able to source labor
- Expert at Digital Prints
- Experience of at least 3 years in one of the leading brands

- The ability to work as a team

Cross Stitch Designer Embroidered Fabrics by Ayesha Group of Companies. Ayesha Group of Companies Ayesha Group is a well known industrial group of Pakistan. The Group started its textile operations in 1972 when Ayesha Spinning Mills was incorporated. Since then, Ayesha Group has grown to 4 textile spinning mills comprising of 119,000 spindles, a leather tannery, and leather shoe factory. The installed spindle capacity put the group amongst the largest yarn spinning groups in Pakistan. The leather units of the group are also substantial in size by which operate by the name of EPCT Private Limited. EPCT private limited has become the largest leather manufacture and shoe factory in Pakistan. The annual turnover of the group for the financial year 2010-11 has touched Rs. 12.00 Billion out of which Rs. 3 Billion are exports. The Group employs approximately 8,000 employees in its various units. EPCT recently started its own retail outlets for local marketing of shoes in Pakistan. Names like Carrefour and Andre are on their client list. In 2005 we ventured into socks manufacturing in a bid to move to value addition in our textile division. In January of 2010 we have introduced our embroidery unit Needle Craft. In May 2011 we have launched our retail embroidery business by the name of Cross Stitch. Ayesha Group has adopted policy of constant modernization of machinery to maintain quality standards.
