CTO 24/7 Private Limited is looking to hire a full time Recruitment Specialist to fulfill the recruitment needs of the company. The candidate must have working experience of 3 to 4 years with the relevant industry and will be responsible for:
- Effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally
- Providing current recruitment knowledge and trends within the market
- Active use of recruitment tools: job flow – hire system
- Work closely with HODs to deliver recruitment needs
- Suggesting proper Medias for approaching the right caliber candidates
- Having follow up and coordination with recruitment channels
- Executing pre-screening and/or final phone/face to face interviews for junior & mid-level posts & supports all parties in concern with assessment
- Submitting candidates offers and follow up until placing
- Coordinating with universities, events in relation to targeted hires
