CTO 24/7 Private Limited is looking to hire a full time Recruitment Specialist to fulfill the recruitment needs of the company. The candidate must have working experience of 3 to 4 years with the relevant industry and will be responsible for:

  1. Effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally
  2. Providing current recruitment knowledge and trends within the market
  3. Active use of recruitment tools: job flow – hire system
  4. Work closely with HODs to deliver recruitment needs
  5. Suggesting proper Medias for approaching the right caliber candidates
  6. Having follow up and coordination with recruitment channels
  7. Executing pre-screening and/or final phone/face to face interviews for junior & mid-level posts & supports all parties in concern with assessment
  8. Submitting candidates offers and follow up until placing
  9. Coordinating with universities, events in relation to targeted hires
