| Job Description: |
|
- Independently handle the entire recruitment process
- Review & update existing policies, procedures manual & employee handbook
- Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems
- Employee files/records maintenance and management
- Employee training and development
- Process B1, H1 and L1 visas for trainings and transfers to the head office in USA
- Conduct new employee orientation
- Manage Rewards (healthcare/life insurance, EOBI, provident fund, bonus, and merit increments)
- Handling resignations
- Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing
- Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database
