Job Description:

- Managing all general administration activities.
- Greet, assist and direct visitors.
- Respond to phone calls/public inquiries.
- Technically hands-on experience in maintenance of electric equipment, AC, UPS, generators, vehicles, furniture, purchasing, staff management.
- Responsible for all billing and maintenance related work.
- Proper filing is maintained and updated in the MIS format for all concerns related to Admin Dept.
- Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the office.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
- Maintain an inventory of office supplies.
- Provide word-processing and secretarial support.
- Hands on experience of repair and maintenance of office equipment.
- Provide administrative services for the Executive Director.

 
Skills Required:
 
- Must have at least Bachelors Degree.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in Administration.
- Must be honest and trustworthy.
- Must demonstrate sound work ethics.
- The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suit.
- Time management skills.
- Must have an excellent English verbal and written skills.Self-motivated, Ability to understand, analyze and solve problems, Verbal and written communication skills, Candidate must be Vibrant / Energetic /Enthusiasti, Coaching skills, Strong verbal and written communication skills., Hard working
