- Managing Attendance
- Managing Pay roll
- Conducting interviews, filingtheir credentials, preparing appointment letters/contracts
- Coordinating with the HRManager
- Conducting exit interviews,preparing experience letters
- Helping the Human ResourceManager formulate policies and assisting him to implement them
- Managing employee data
- Conducting training andworkshops where necessary
Skills Required: - Very strong convincing and negotiation skills - Good command on all HR related areas and has previous knowledge of implementing HR procedures and policies along with complete documentation. - Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. - Should have the experience of medium to large size company and experience working with top management
