The exposure of Sales & Operations Management is recommended and P &L experience with revenue responsibility of around PKR 1 Million.
To direct the preparation of short-term and long-term plans and budgets for the business unit based on broad organizational goals and growth objectives and stewarding the same on monthly basis.
To coordinate with Head-office(Presales, C&B, Technical team) and finalize of sales contract as per the specific terms/conditions for onwards review and approval by the top-management and local customer.
To coordinate with HR and assure a work environment that recruits, retains and supports quality staff at the Business Unit. To coordinate with HR to assure process for selecting, development, motivating, and evaluating staff.
To design & Implement business development strategy as per the market potential of the region – through identifying business growth/sales potential, tracking and efficiently addressing customers’ requirements while optimizing company’s resources i.e. Human Resources, Capital and Assets.
*Note: Job holder will look-after both – enterprise and consumer businesses initially but the two business units will separate on maturity – subsequently requiring separate business unit heads.
