1. Ensure timely generation and issuance of invoices to the customers
2. Resolve billing issues of customers
3. Coordinate with Revenue Assurance team for timely recovery of customer payments
4. Timely reporting of customers’ receivables and refunds
5. Handle debit and credit note issues of customers.
6. Coordinate with Revenue Assurance department to maintain accuracy in directly integrated postings from banks and micro payment portals.
7. To maintain billing and Storm portals up-to-date
