Job Description:

We are looking for a candidate with pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills to run and manage our customer service operations

Job Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet customers with energy and positive attitude
  • Deliver product information and satisfy consumer needs effectively and efficiently
  • Maintain good relationship with customers
  • Process new deployments and ensure timely delivery of services to the customer
  • Handle customer routine inquiries professionally
  • Properly handle daily cash and credit transactions
  • Support team lead in maintaining customer database
 
Skills Required:
 
Ability to work both in team and independently, Good command over English and Urdu, Ability to handle tough customers, Minimum 1 year experience in same capacity
