|
The person will be required to: - Interact and follow up with customers for payment collection
- Maintain Point of Contact database for corporate customers
- Call customers for follow ups of payments / Tax Challans / invoice confirmations
- Prepare invoices / invoice summaries
- Prepare and process credit notes
- Write letters/emails to customers for payment collection
- Reconcile account balances
- Post payments in system
- Prepare various reports for management
- Comply to the process flow for collection of payments
