Enthusiastically manage all pre-sales and post-sales operational activities pertaining to customer relationship management.

Maintain highest level of customer service while efficiently responding to their queries, grievances, and suggestions. Proactively conducting customer surveys to ensure availability of service at all times.

Efficiently use Customer Account Management Application and Sales Funnel Application to raise and follow-up on requests for initiating, upgrading or terminating services while maintaining an updated database at all times.

Coordinate and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders (including Project Management Team, Finance, Pre-Sales, Sales, Customers etc.) as per the pre-sales/sales/deployment/service/billing requirements.

Maintain and present sales reports/analytics as required by the Management

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate with at least 1 Year of Experience

Experience in Coordination, Customer Relationship Management, Management Reporting

MS Office Proficiency

Excellent Verbal/Written Communication Skills (Urdu & English)
