Positions are Lahore based and the trainings will be provided with excellent salary. Job Description:
- Candidates will be required to provide customer service for off shores doctors.
- Communicate proactively with clients via telephone & emails.
- Follow up, completion, correction and processing of doctor’s insurance claims.
- Candidates with Call Centre background & fresh candidates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply
Skills
Call Centre background is required from the candidates.
Fixed Evening Shifts - Monday to Friday and (5pm – 2am).
Candidates should have sound knowledge of using computer, internet and also Microsoft Excel & Word.
Experience in medical billing is a plus point but fresh candidates with good English communication skills will also be given a chance to build & groom their career.
